Terms and Conditions for Kneeling Nun Mercantile Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Kneeling Nun Mercantile Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kneeling Nun Mercantile, located at 519 N Bullard St, Silver City, NM 88061 (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on September 16, 2025, at 12:00 AM MST and ends on September 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow Kneeling Nun Mercantile on TikTok (@thekneelingnun), Instagram (@thekneelingnun), and/or Facebook (@kneelingnun).

• Like the official Giveaway post on TikTok, Instagram, and/or Facebook and comment by tagging two friends.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per platform, during the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person on the same platform will be disqualified. Entries generated by automated means, bots, or other fraudulent methods are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize(s)

The prize for the Giveaway is as follows:

• One (1) Desert Bundle, including 1 Red Chile Bath Bomb, 1 Green Chile Bath Bomb, 1 Enchanted New Mexico Soap, 1 Turquoise Agave Snap Bar Wax Melt, and 1 Prickly Pear Soap, all presented in a small gift basket.

• Approximate retail value (ARV): $30.

No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including taxes, shipping, or other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about September 28, 2025. The selection process will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final.

The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform(s) used for entry within 48 hours of selection and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. The winner may be required to provide their full name, mailing address, and/or email address for prize fulfillment and may need to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The winner will also be announced publicly on Kneeling Nun Mercantile’s TikTok, Instagram, and/or Facebook page on September 28, 2025.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Participants release TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, the Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at TheKneelingNun.com. By entering, participants consent to such use.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be resolved in the courts of Grant County, New Mexico. Participants agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

11. Winner’s List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 519 N Bullard St, Silver City, NM 88061 within 30 days after the Giveaway ends.
