Wake up your skin before the shower. This palm-size dry brush (about 4.3 × 4.3 inches) has natural bristles on one side and soft massage nodules on the other, plus a canvas hand strap so it stays put while you work.
What dry brushing is:
Dry brushing means sweeping a natural-bristle body brush over dry skin, usually before you bathe, in long strokes toward the heart. No oil and no water on the brush — just the bristles and your skin.
What the massage nodules do:
Flip the brush to the nodule side for a gentle point-massage on tired muscles — shoulders, thighs, calves, or anywhere that likes a little extra pressure. The soft raised nodules knead as you move, so you get exfoliation from the bristles and a soothing massage from the nodules in one tool.
What it can do:
Used regularly, dry brushing helps lift loose, dull surface skin so lotion sinks in better, softens the feel of rough patches (elbows, knees, winter legs), and gives a quick wake-up tingle from increased surface circulation. It is a body-care ritual, not a medical treatment, and results vary with skin and how often you brush.
Side note: You can also use this brush in the shower for wet exfoliation with a little soap or body wash if you prefer a softer, soapy scrub instead of (or in addition to) classic dry brushing. Rinse the brush well afterward and let it air-dry completely.
Scent: Not scented
Materials: Natural bristles, polished wood base, soft massage nodules, canvas hand strap
Size: About 4.3 × 4.3 inches (fits in the palm)
How to use:
Start on dry skin before your shower or bath. Slip your hand through the canvas strap. Begin at the feet and brush upward toward the heart in long, gentle strokes with the bristle side. Work up the legs, then the arms (wrist toward shoulder), and finish with the back and torso — light to medium pressure; it should tingle, not scratch. Use the nodule side anywhere you want a gentle massage. Skip broken skin, rashes, sunburn, varicose veins you are sensitive about, and the face (this is a body brush). Shower or bathe afterward, then moisturize while skin is still slightly damp. After each use, tap out loose skin and let the brush air-dry. Wash occasionally with mild soap and warm water; dry completely before storing.
