Soft feet start with the right scrub. This Gehwol sponge for hard skin is a double-sided foot-care tool made to buff calluses and rough spots so heels and soles feel smoother — without a metal file.
What it is:
A dual-texture sponge from Gehwol: coarse white side for thicker calluses and hard skin on the feet, and a finer blue side for lighter buffing on delicate areas like hands, ankles, and knees. One sponge per pack, ergonomic shape for a secure hold in wet hands.
What it can do:
Used after a warm soak, it helps lift hardened surface skin and callus buildup for softer-feeling feet and hands. Pair it with a Gehwol foot bath (or any warm foot soak) so tough skin softens first — the sponge works more easily and you need less pressure. It is a foot-care tool for regular grooming, not a medical treatment for injuries or infected skin.
Scent: Not scented
Materials / design: Double-sided hard-skin sponge (coarse white + fine blue)
Size: One sponge
How to use:
Soak feet in a warm foot bath for 5–10 minutes to soften the skin (Gehwol Foot Bath if you have it, or plain warm water). Use the coarse white side to gently buff calluses and hard skin on the feet — light to medium pressure, no digging. Switch to the finer blue side for sensitive spots or a finishing smooth on hands, ankles, or knees. Rinse skin and sponge well. Pat feet dry and moisturize. Use about once a week or as needed. Do not use on broken, cracked-open, infected, or inflamed skin. After use, rinse the sponge thoroughly and air-dry completely.
