SWEETGRASS BRAIDS (20")

Sweet, soft smoke for blessing and welcome. This 20-inch sweetgrass braid is a classic braided herb for smudging, ceremony, and adding a gentle vanilla-like scent to a room.

What it is:

A long braid of natural sweetgrass (hierochloe / sweet grass), about 20 inches — traditionally used in Indigenous and spiritual practices for attracting good energy and sweetening a space after cleansing.

What it can do:

Often burned after sage or on its own to leave a softer, sweeter note in the air. Use for prayer, meditation, or simply a mindful moment at home. Always treat sacred herbs with respect, and source/use thoughtfully.

How to use:

Hold over a fire-safe dish. Light the end until it catches, then gently blow out so it smolders. Waft the smoke where you want it, then extinguish fully in sand or ash. Crack a window for airflow. Never leave burning herbs unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammables. For ceremonial / aromatic use — not for consumption.
